Character dispositions are inherent, deeply rooted qualities of our mind and nature. These temperaments are energies of the heart and offer us the choice of healthy or unhealthy, righteous or unrighteous, responsive action. The healthy inner voice of our dispositions says “I form, grow and move toward.” The false voice can be a voice of stagnation and unwillingness to grow because of a belief in hopelessness and powerlessness.
